1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ah678 Platform — including browsing game categories, depositing funds, placing bets, or withdrawing winnings — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met, including retroactively voiding any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of ah678 — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted a single ah678 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information — including name, date of birth, address, or contact details — is prohibited and may result in account termination and voiding of winnings.
• KYC Verification: ah678 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide, upon request, a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. The minimum deposit at ah678 is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ah678 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees (if any) remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 1–2 hours of request approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Typically processed within 1–24 hours, subject to banking cut-off times and public holidays in the Philippines.

Withdrawal processing times are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience processing delays. ah678 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts, which may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates.

Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the Company determines an alternative is appropriate. This measure is part of ah678's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Forfeiture. Balances remaining in accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or forfeiture as outlined in the account management policies communicated to players at the time of any such action.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ah678 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. The Company reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• ah678 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or any other form of advantage play prohibited by these terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins are subject to minimum odds or game restrictions as specified per promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules

By placing bets or playing games on the ah678 Platform, you agree to the following:

• You understand and accept the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are available within each game interface and/or the Platform's help section.
• All game outcomes on ah678 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, or by physical results in the case of live dealer games. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
